Welding hot plate

Unlike UZS and TVCH machines, a hot plate is used for thermal welding of plastics. The heated plate is placed between two polymer blanks. As you get closer to the plate, the surface of both begins to melt. Then the heated plate is abruptly removed, and the workpieces are firmly soldered together.
The hot plate for welding offered by us is suitable for working with all types of thermal plastics: PVC, HDPE, ABS, PP, PE, PS, PC.
Depending on the type of material to be processed, you can adjust the temperature and depth of welding, heating and cooling time, and the force and time of pressing.
