Applications of two-post HDTV machines

Restrictions on the use of HDTV machines

Two-post HDPE machines are not intended for welding of polyethylene, polypropylene and polystyrene.

How the equipment works

Two-post PVC welding machines perform polymer soldering using a high frequency current. The processed product is heated exclusively at the point of contact with the electrodes. This is welding at the molecular level, which creates a perfectly smooth, almost imperceptible seam that can withstand a tension force of up to 100 kg/m.
